knowledge tree : )

Where are you from? What do you most like to study? What are your passions and your dreams? Tell us a bit about your personality. Are you outgoing? A leader? Quiet and shy? An observer? What do you want us to know about you?

Hi all! As mentioned, I am from a tiny village in Vermont. There is one store in my town where I cook every saturday morning from 6:30 am to 12:00 in the afternoon. I love working at the Brownsville General Store because I can keep in touch with everyone in my community. Many people come in to eat every day, or every week, ensuring that our communication and connection as a town stays strong! (how do i post pictures on this?)
I am passionate about international relations. as long as i can remember I've wanted to learn about everything around me! I want to understand why people do the things they do, why we have war, why we have peace, why race, ethnicity, and religion exist. My other main interest is music. I have studied music for 12 years, but it is something that I love to do, not something I am forced to do. Now, in highschool, there is not as much time for me to practice violin and piano, which has been very difficult.
I have a twin brother and an older sister, and both are very important to me. Being a twin has affected my life in many ways, and being a middle child (I was born before my brother) has made me a mediator! In groups, I am usually a leader but I am also a negotiator because of my experiences as a child. I used to be very shy, but now I am usually outgoing. I'm a naturally very happy person : ) I'd love to learn more about where you all live and your families! please keep me updated! (and again, how do i post pictures?)

Missing In Action

Sorry all! I am not skilled at technology, which is why my posts have been seperated by vaste amounts of time, but know that I sincerely want to meet and learn about all of you! please help me learn to communicate through blogging as it is completely new to me. A little about my media experience thus far: I attended a Waldorf school until highschool, and in the Waldorf curriculum media is limited, especially computers and TVs. It's not banned for life : ), only until the child is developed and has its own ideas without outside forces intervening. Agree with this logic or not (I haven't quite sorted out how I feel about it yet) it is responsible for my current inability to talk with all of you! Help me if you can, and also reach me on facebook (Kathleen Elizabeth, I attend The Sharon Academy in Vermont) because I have learned how to maneuver that! Thank you all so much and I am so excited to meet/hear from everyone!
